• Consultations take place in a calm environment, with the modern practice setting contributing to a structured and pleasant process.
• I personally perform follow-up care, such as wound checks and suture removal, at my office located at Gentzgasse 70/7 in 1180 Vienna.
• OA Dr. Teodor Kapitanov, FEBS-AWS operates as a private physician – you will receive an invoice for services, payable on-site (EC card, credit card, or cash payment accepted). You can subsequently submit these costs to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement of the fee.

• Terminabsage & Stornobedingungen gemäß § 1168 ABGB. Sollten Sie einen vereinbarten Termin nicht wahrnehmen können, bitte ich Sie, diesen mindestens 48 Stunden im Voraus per E-Mail abzusagen. Für die Wahrung der Frist ist der Zeitpunkt des Eingangs der E-Mail maßgeblich. An Samstagen, Sonntagen und gesetzlichen Feiertagen eingehende Absagen gelten erst am nächstfolgenden Werktag als eingelangt.Da die für Sie reservierte Behandlungszeit kurzfristig in der Regel nicht anderweitig vergeben werden kann, behalte ich mir vor, bei nicht fristgerechter Absage oder Nichterscheinen gemäß § 1168 ABGB ein Ausfallhonorar in Höhe von € 120,– in Rechnung zu stellen. Im Krankheitsfall entfällt diese Regelung bei Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests.
