• I personally advise and care for you. Diagnostic evaluations and treatments are tailored to your individual medical situation.
• Consultations take place in a calm environment, with the modern practice setting contributing to a structured and pleasant process.
• I personally perform follow-up care, such as wound checks and suture removal, at my office located at Gentzgasse 70/7 in 1180 Vienna.
• OA Dr. Teodor Kapitanov, FEBS-AWS operates as a private physician – you will receive an invoice for services, payable on-site (EC card, credit card, or cash payment accepted). You can subsequently submit these costs to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement of the fee.

• Appointment Cancellation & Cancellation Policy according to § 1168 ABGB – Should you be unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 48 hours in advance, exclusively on weekdays (Monday to Friday), either by phone at 0660/3004005 or via email. Cancellations received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays cannot be processed.
• The premises and the time slot reserved for you are unavailable to other patients during this period. Therefore, I request your understanding that appointments not cancelled or not cancelled within the stipulated timeframe will be invoiced in accordance with § 1168 ABGB (continued entitlement to remuneration). In the absence of timely cancellation, I reserve the right to issue an invoice for € 120,- to cover the incurred practice costs.
• In case of illness, this regulation is waived, provided timely notification is given along with a medical certificate.
